Essay

This is a presentation of the thesis on the research of theoretical and methodical issues of corporate restructuring. There was a proposal related to the restructuring model of the clothing company by optimizing its business model. An optimal business model for clothing companies was developed. This model was developed for those companies that use customer-owned raw materials. It was verified and proved that the proposed restructuring of the clothing companies in Ukraine is effective.
