Essay

The dissertation is devoted to research of the morphological and functional regularity of myocardium during hypothyroidism and under its therapeutic and surgery correction. Firstly established reactive changes, then - adoptive processes and final - the secondary alterative changes. Isolate L-thyroxin treatment doesn't prevent ultrastructural changes, which were corected under combinative terapy with calcitonin and after fetal thyroid gland transplantation.
