Essay

Rise of efficiency of combined medical treatment of patients with endometrial cancer (EC), taking into account the biological features of tumours, namely expression of receptors of steroid hormones of -estrogen (ER), progesteron (PR) and mutant protein p53 and the individualized setting of adjuvant gormono- and chemotherapy by a patients. Object of research-patients with a serous-papillary cancer and adenocarcinoma of endometrial. A research purpose is the rise of efficiency of combined medical treatment of patients with endometrial cancer with the use of adjuvant chemo -, gormonal therapy taking into account the clinical displays of disease, morphological and biological features of tumours. Research methods: clinically laboratory, instrumental (ULTRASONIC, gisteroskopy, CT), immunogystochemical, immunophermental, statistical. Direct intercommunication of morphological form of EC is first shown, degrees of differenciation of tumours and level of expression in them ER, PR and feed-back with expression of the mutant protein p53. Expedience of determination of these indexes in tumours for the individualized medical treatment of EC patients is proved. The individualized setting of adjuvant chemo -, gormonal therapy allowed to multiply 5-years-old survives of EC patients on 24,2%. It is proved, that the level of the tumour marker CA-125- higher than median of maintenance in the serum of blood of patients with a serous-papillary cancer is prognostical a meaningful unfavorable factor, that allows to use him for monitoring of these patients. Field of application is medicine.
