Object of research: processes of formation and use of the industrial capital in agriculture. Profound researches are spent on materials of the agricultural enterprises of the Kirovograd area. A research objective: a theoretical substantiation and working out of offers concerning activization of processes of formation and increase in efficiency of use of the industrial capital in agriculture. Research methods: a dialectic method of knowledge, the system approach, receptions of an is abstract-logic method, namely: the analysis and synthesis, an induction and deduction, analogy and comparison, comparison, a graphic representation, to the analysis of numbers of dynamics, tabular representation, grouping, settlement-constructive. Theoretical and practical results: The basic results of research will promote improvement to process of formation and increase in efficiency of use of the industrial capital in agriculture. Scientific novelty: consists in carrying out of complex research of theoretical ambushes offormation and an effective use of the industrial capital in agriculture in the conditions of market transformation of economy.
