Kahovich Y. Creation and effective usage of economic systems innovation potential

The object of investigation is the process of the formation and effective use of the innovational potential of economic systems. The purpose of the research is scientific-theoretical substantiation of methodical principles and practical recommendations for the formation and effective use of the innovative potential of economic systems. The methods of investigation are abstract-logical, statistics-economic, monographic, calculation-constructional and experimental. The practical value of the obtained results is that the recommendations for estimation of the degree and the size of the innovative orientation of the national production, the estimation of the size of the innovative potential taking into account the restrictions of general character, economic restrictions used by industrial enterprises of Dnipropetrovs’k region; the scientific-methodical elaborations and recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of using innovative potential of economic systems have been used by the Ministry of Industrial Policy of Ukraine. The scientific novelty of the obtained results is that for the first time the theoretical principles of estimating the degree of innovativeness of the economic systems on the basis of determining the accessibility of the novelties available in the scientific-technical segment of the innovative potential and needed by consumers have been suggested. The methodical approaches to the assessment of the degree of innovative orientation of the national production originating from the theory of J. Shoompeter have been improved; and also the structure of the innovative potential of a macro system by defining the consumer segment; methodical approaches to estimating the size of innovative potential taking into account the general restrictions, economic limits and formal methodology by means of determining the standard size of the economic development of a macro system, defining the factual level of the economic development of a production-economic system, defining the level of innovative development of a production-economic system have been improved. The theoretical principles of determination of innovative potential of economic systems; and also theoretical approaches to consideration of the influence of some factors on the innovative activity have been improved.
