Konstanta O. Administrative and legal measures of combating the disturbances of the customs regulations.

The dissertation is devoted to the analysis of problems of the law regulation of bases and order of the application of administrative and legal measures of combating the disturbances of the customs regulations. Knowledge relative to the contemporary administrative and legal methods of protection, guaranteeing the customs law is generalized. Theoretical legal questions of the violability of the customs regulations are examined in the thesis. And the special features of measures foreseen by the Customs Code of the Ukraine of administrative warning and suppression of this form of customs violating and administrative responsibility in the sphere of the state administration of the customs matter are systematized and determined. Proposals relative to the increase of effectiveness and improvement of the legal regulation of the activity of the customs bodies of Ukraine in combating the violation of customs regulations are introduced.
