Essay

The dissertation is concerned with the research of theoretical and methodological grounds of forming grain supply by agriculture enterprises. The author determined the theoretical essence of grain supply, particular qualities of it's forming, classified the factors of influence on the grain supply by agriculture enterprises. The author discovered the periods of cyclic fluctuation of cereals crop capacity. According to the research of correlation between the population's income and nourishment level the author determined the volume of grain supply in the region on the assumption of keeping rational norms of nourishment. The author offers the optimal grain supply by agriculture enterprises that can provied the inner necessity of the region, and also possible volume of region export. The author advises creating professional and interprofessianal unions in Ukraine, that will allow to remove the misunderstanding between the commodity producers, grain reprocessors, intermediate parties and state structures;to fix the optimal price for grain at all phases of selling and processing and distribution of incomes between the subjects of the market.
