Essay

The research object is the process of functioning an electric power system of Azerbaijan republic. The aim of the research is the elaboration of the theoretic-methodological basis and substantiation of project recommendations in the conditions of competition according to the State control of power supply of Azerbaijan Republic. The research methods are the economic-mathematical modeling, between the inter-branches balance method, classifications methods, factor analysis, aims-structuring, systems analysis methods, methods of indistinct mathematics, methods of multi-criteria value choosing. The conception of formation of Azerbaijan Republic electrical power wholesale market was made. The generalized mechanism of control of the activity of DES depending on rating was presented. The econometrics models of perspective analysis and evaluation of the level of electro-consumption of population depending on the level of gas-supplying. Principles of forming of competition environment are improved in the field of activity of distributive electric systems (DES). The method of degree relative importance determination of efficiency criteria of DES functioning was improved. Rich in content part of current form for legal and physical bodies of power market was developed. Positions according to the code of transactions by introduction of common identification code for users in a communal (public) sphere were specified. Results are implemented in to the activity of the Azerbaijan electric power system. The economic regulation of grid activity is the sphere of use.
