Essay

The object of research is represented by the processes of formation of the bankruptcy prevention system for machine-building enterprises. The aim of research is to work out theoretical and applied recommendations for the enhancement of the machine-building enterprises bankruptcy prevention system. Methods of research include comparative analysis, systemic approach to the formation of the bankruptcy prevention system, statistical and analytical methods of collecting and evaluating of information, statistical analysis, economic and mathematical methods and models. It is the first time that methodological statements concerning the identification of bankruptcy risks for a machine-building enterprise, which offer a possibility to determine a relative probability of an enterprise bankruptcy risks occurrence and their influence, have been worked out. The method of quantitative evaluation of an enterprise bankruptcy risks has been perfected on the basis of cluster analysis application and taking into consideration objective and subjective factors as well as the organizational and economic mechanism of bankruptcy prevention system informational support. The classification of bankruptcy reasons based on different features and methodological recommendations for the formation of bankruptcy prevention system got their further development. The results were introduced into the executive organs activity at machine-building enterprises and into the teaching process. The sphere of application of the research results is crisis management with the application of elements of bankruptcy prevention system formation at the machine-building enterprises.
