Protsyk T. Monetary means of regulation of national economy

In the dissertational work the theoretical bases and main directions of monetary regulation of national economy are investigated. The monetary mechanism of regulation of economic processes, which consists of forms, instruments and methods of stimulation of economic activity, relations between subjects and objects of regulation of economic processes in purpose of providing the stable economic development of the country, is developed. From the position of system approach the determinations of "monetary regulation" and "means of monetary regulation" are improved in the research. The author suggested the approaches to the estimation and prognostication of stability of the monetary system and the recommendations towards the introduction of the monetary levers to provide the permanent economic development of the state through the regulation of banking reserves and interest rates.
