In this work on the basis of two-Stocks-polarimetry and the degree of mutual polarization of biological tissue images, measuring of contrast of interference distributions and receiving of distributions of polarization singularities of polarizing inhomogeneous object fields of biological tissues explores the relationship between a set of statistical moments 1 - th - 4 - th orders and distribution of proposed values that describe optical-geometric structure of biological tissues.
