Kohut Y. The administrative and legal regulation of the activity of the local militia organs

The thesis is devoted to a complex investigation of the administrative and legal regulation of the local militia organs activity. The peculiarities of the Internal Affairs branch reformation process in the Ukraine in the direction of the decentralization of the law enforcement function are considered in this work. The suggestions concerning the improvement of the Ukrainian legislation in the law enforcement activity sphere are formulated, especially concerning the organization of the public order protection, the definition of the administrative and legal status of the local militia and its personnel, the structure of the law enforcement organs, etc.
