Mozgovaya Y. Contemporary aspects of therapy of experimental enterococcus infection

The thesis is devoted to etiological role of enterococcus and to contemporary aspects of treatment of generalized enterococcus infection. In the work, microbiological, biochemical, histological and immunological estimation of combine application of antibacterial and immunocorrective preparations is given; the results of comparative study of action of antimicrobial drugs either per se or in combination with immunocorrectors are given. Experimental motivation of the use of amoxiclav, cefepim and polyoxidoniy or thymalin for treatment of generalized enterococcus infection. The disturbances of the immune statе, metabolism, histogenesis in generalized enterococcus infection were determined. It was proved experimentally that combine application of amoxiclav, cefepim and polyoxidoniy or amoxiclav, cefepim and thymalin restored immune, metabolic and histological processes in the organisms of laboratory animals, that allow to recommend these schemes for increasing the effectiveness of treatment of generalizedenterococcus infection.
