Essay

The object is Maghrebian francophone literature phenomenon on the example of A.Djebar's and L.Sebbar's texts. The aims are to constituting and to analize the specific dominants of literary process on the example of a Maghrebian literature phenomenon. The methods are system, descriptive, integrated analysis. On the basis of comparative-historical, systematic-aesthetic, descriptive research methods for the first time the thesis examines literary heritage of the women-writers who define francophone history and literature from a new point of view, distinguish issues of linguistic and geography exile, intercultural exchanges, individual's search for his ethnic identity. They consider the events from a gendered, postcolonial perspective. These women-writers' literary works reflect complicated genesis of immigration and exile, transcultural processes in the hybrid societies. The concept of national identity is a central theme of their works. Assia Djebar's and Leila Sebbar's characters resist syndrome of a "victim" and are searching for ways of self-identification. The authoresses point out the way to femihumanism directed to plural society establishing on the basis of denying domineering and oppressing. Application sphere is the training courses.
