Parasyuk V. The imperativity of morality in the professional activity of investigator: philosophic-legal aspect

The thesis is dedicated to clarification of imperative action of morality in the professional activity of the investigator. The research of essence of the investigatory activity methodology, the role of morality imperativity in law and professional ethics of the investigator is carried out. The philosophic-legal substantiation of morality imperativization process in the professional activity of investigator is proposed. Definitions are formulated and complex analysis of moral imperative in positive law is carried out. It is proved that the imperative of morality comes out of natural law and has inductive character positive law.
