Romanova A. Estetic culture of a lawyer: philosophic-legal aspect

In Ukrainian legal science the thesis is the first ever complex scientific general conclusion of philosophic legal bases for formation and development of esthetic culture of lawyer. Definitions are stated and a comprehensive analysis is made for notion, principles, functions, methods and categories of esthetic culture of a lawyer as one of main compounds for formation of a lawyer’s personality against the background of modern approaches. General philosophic concepts of esthetic culture of lawyer are made with account for modern requires, new ideas and needs for legal activity of a professional lawyer. Thesis has practical sense as for formation of esthetic culture of lawyer, philosophic-legal comprehension of this process.
