Panchuk O. Criminological Characteristic of Children’s Exploitation

The thesis is dedicated to the definition of the quantitative and qualitative parameters of crimes in the sphere of child¬ren’s exploitation and the means of their prevention. The author gives general characteristics of criminal exploitation of children, analyzes its notion, features and types; the criminological characteristics of the criminal’s and victim’s personalities are given; the sys¬tem of subjects that perform criminological prevention of children’s exploitation and their competence are defined; the recommendations to the elabora¬tion and realization programs in the sphere of children’s ex¬ploitation are given; the ways of international cooperation in the sphere of counterwork against criminal exploitation of children are defined.
