Dissertation is devoted to resolving of problems concerning efficiency of food industry enterprises by the improvement of adjusting mechanism, theoretical bases of regulator policy and influencing of regulator policy on activity of food industry enterprises. There are considered the influence of the tax loading on the activity of enterprises, found out the basic factors of influence on profitability of enterprises and illustrated the problem of efficiency of export activity. It is developed and proposed scientifically grounded and practical recommendations in relation to improving of adjusting mechanism as factor of increase of enterprises efficiency
