Dissertation is devoted to development of theoretical, methodical and practical aspects of development of competitiveness of personnel on the machine - building enterprises. A category "competitiveness of personnel" is specified. Classification of factors of influence on the competitiveness of personnel on the machine-building enterprise is improved. A role of institutes as bases for securing a competitiveness of personnel through forming institutions of enterprise is generalized. A model of evaluation of competitiveness of personnel is improved. A mechanism of development of competitiveness of personnel for ensuring the change of qualitative and quantitative descriptions of personnel and achievement of the proper level of competitiveness of personnel is developed. The mode for the choice of the strategy of development of competitiveness of the personnel according to the level of its competitiveness and the stage of its life-cycle is developed.
