Candidate's thesis is dedicated to efficiency increasing of porcine enzootic encephalomyelitis (Teschen disease) laboratory diagnostic by the development of ELISA test-systems for porcine teschovirus-1 antigen and specific immunoglobulin G detecting. The stabile specific components of ELISA test-systems (teschovirus antigen, virus specific antibody, antivirus and antiporcine peroxidase conjugates) were obtained and characterized. The optimal parameters of sandwich and indirect ELISA were conditioned. It was constructed antigen detecting ELISA test-system which enables to identify porcine teschovirus-1. Using the test-system it was showed antigen relativity of porcine teschovirus-1 strains obtained in Ukraine with the international reference strains. ELISA test-system for detecting immunoglobulin G to Teschen disease virus in porcine serum 95% sensitivity and 100% specificity was developed. Its efficiency was approved use of porcine serum while researching post vaccine immunity forming dynamics. STD forELISA test-system was developed and laboratory examinations were conducted.
