This dissertation is devoted to the problems of criminal responsibility for larceny, misappropriation, extortion of documents, seals, stamps, fraud with these objects, illegal operations with their, connected with misuses official status, their damages and destroys. It conducts the analysis of historical development of criminal legislation of Ukraine and European countries for responsibility for larceny, misappropriation, extortion of documents, seals, stamps, fraud with these objects, illegal operations with their, connected with misuses official status, their damages and destroys. Objective, subjective and qualificative features of crime elements (corpus delicti) have been examined and have been made delimitation for adjacent of crimes. Recommendations to improvement of the Article 357 of the Criminal Code have been formulated, new edition of this Article have been proposed.
