Essay

Object - is a process of bringing of the set variable norms of hard mineral fertilizers in technologies of exact agriculture with adjusting of closeness of their distributing on the width of delight of machine. Purpose ? is an increase of efficiency of application of the mechanized technologies of variable norms of bringing of technological material by providing of exactness of realization of the set plans of distributing of technological material for the areas of the field. Methods ? theoretical researches are based on positions of analysis of the systems, mathematical vehicle of theory of automatic control, theory of design of signals and control the system, mathematical statistics. Experimental researches were conducted on the basis of standard methods of test of agricultural technique. Novelty - 1) the mathematical model of change of norm of bringing of technological material is developed both on the width of delight and after direction of moving of distributor of hard mineral fertilizers with a pneumatic sowing vehicle in technologies of exact agriculture; 2) on the basis of theoretical and experimental researches, grounded rational parameters of divisor of division head of pneumatic sowing vehicle for realization of the guided redistribution of air-mineral fertilizers mixture between the sowing channels of four technological bars of width of delight of machine; 3) it is developed and grounded on principle new programme-apparatus complex of forming of closeness of distributing of mineral fertilizers in the mode of 2D.Results of researches. Recommendations are developed, in relation to the high-fidelity bringing of the set norms of mineral fertilizers in technologies of exact agriculture. The developed recommendations are passed to "Khmil'niksil'mash". The pre-production model of machine is made for realization of variable norms of bringing of technological material on the width of delight and direction of motion of distributor of mineral fertilizers, which provides economic efficiency at the level of65 ua/hectares, by comparison to other machines.Industry ?
