The purpose of research: development and a scientific substantiation of a technique and organisation of the analysis of non-profitable financial establishments assets in order to increase their financial stability, to form and run efficiently their resource base, as well as to secure economic growth.Research objective: theoretical, methodical, organisational issues of non-profitable financial establishments activity as subjects of the financial service market.Research subject: methodical foundations of the credit unions assets as a widespread unprofitable financial institute under development of the financial market in Ukraine.Reserch methods: the analysis and synthesis, an induction and deduction, experimental, groupings and comparisons, expert assessment, balance, normative, method of economic and mathematical modelling, graphic.Scientific novelty consists in improvement of a technique and the organisation of the analysis of non-profitable financial establishments assets, optimisation of assets management under risk, regarding factors affecting assets formation. The resolving of these issues has allowed to achieve results which scientific novelty consist in the following: for the first time: it is offered a technique of the assets analysis which considers influence of external and internal factors on activity of non-profitable financial establishments. It is based on revealing dependence of assets utilisation results on the interest rate and on duration of these establishments functioning in the market of financial services. The offered technique allows to minimize economic risks and to define influence of factors on results of activity of non-profitable financial establishments; improved: organisational structure of management of non-profitable financial establishments assets which considers allocation of duties and the procedures of each controls connected with them with the purpose of resolving analytical problems and effective accommodation of assets; a technique of the analysis of the productive assets borrowing the greatest relative density in total amount of financial establishments assets which provides improvement of a level of accommodation of credit resources, creation of the conditions promoting effective performance of target programs of crediting of borrowers; system of analysis informational supply with the purpose of increasing reliability of an assets estimation under clauses of the financial reporting and improvement of predicted non-profitable financial establishments assets management; receiving the further development: Methodical approaches to the analysis of active operations of non-profitable financial establishments, and also a substantiation of their comparative advantages and disadvantages with the purpose of providing users with the analytical information concerning investment of financial resources, and also effective and duly carrying out of the analysis; Methodical recommendations concerning maintenance of the active operations analysis quality providing an opportunityof non-profitable financial establishments to carry out activity with the purpose of an effective utilization of assets, considering influences of factors on establishments activity results. A degree of introduction: results of scientific research of credit resources accommodation efficiency regarding influencing factors have been displayed in activity of Central administrative board of economy of the Chernigov regional state administration. Offers and recommendations of the competitor are used in practical activities of the credit unions 'Desnyanskiy' and 'Chernigovsky'. The theoretical positions stated in the dissertation, are used in educational process of the Chernigov branch of the European university at teaching disciplines: 'The economic analysis', ' Economic risks and methods of their measurement'
