Essay

The dissertation is devoted studying of features of formation and biofilm functioning mono- and binary cultures Thiobacillus thioparus 4М and heterotrophic companion Stenotrophomonas maltophilia 13М. It is shown, that corrosion dangerous acidophobic thiobacteria T.thioparus exist mainly in firm phases of the soil which adjoins to tunnels of the Kiev underground. Research adhesive properties T.thioparus 4М, S.maltophilia 13М and their associations has shown, that at mixed cultivation a quantity of adhisiv cells to a surface increases in comparison with pure culture T.thioparus 4М. Supervision of structure of a biofilm mono-and binary cultures by means of REMMA and CLSM is spent. It is noted difficult structure of a binary biofilm (porosity, cells are shipped in exopolymer). It is defined, that mild steel are influence on monosaccharid and fatty acid structure of exopolymer mono- and binary cultures. For all variants mixed cultures a resultant speed of corrosion exceeds the sum of speeds under the influence of monocultures. It is created hypothetical model of biofilm T.thioparus 4М and S.maltophilia 13М, that allows to generalize and visualize the obtained data concerning investigated cultures. Allows to predict displays of different mechanisms of microbic corrosion and aggression of the given community.
