Research object is a process of routing in mobile computer networks. Research purpose is an increase of efficiency of functioning and scaled of situation mobile computer networks in the conditions of high mobility of their nodes. Methods of researches: theory of graphs; theory of intelligent agents; theory of the adaptive systems and ant algorithms; theory of probabilities and mathematical statistics; theory of algorithms and programming. The scientific novelty of the got results consists in development of new multiagent information technology of the adaptive routing in mobile computer networks, which differs application of method of ant optimization to decision of the decentralized task, that provided the improvement of scaled and increase of efficiency of functioning of network; to development of new mathematical model and method of setting of powers of passing to the nodes of mobile network, which differ the using of the changeable in time rating of powers and provide general minimization of network power at the assured saving it connectivity; perfection of mathematical model of intelligent agent of routing, which provides adaptation of agent to the changes in an environment on the basis of partial picture of his state unlike existing. Practical value of the got results is the programming and algorithming complex which help increase efficiency and scaling of mobile computer networks.
