Poklonskii A. Administrative-Legal Fundamentals of Local Law Enforcement Bodies Organization in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to the problems that take place while guarding the public order at the local level as well as to the problems of organizing of local law enforcement bodies in Ukraine. The history of local police subunits appearance is examined in the dissertation. The work presents a thorough analysis of national and foreign experience on these problems and legal basis of the activity and functions of law enforcement bodies of Ukraine in conditions of legal state implementation. The organizational structure of internal affaires bodies of Ukraine is characterized in the work. The ways of development and reforming of internal affaires bodies of Ukraine at the local level are defied.
