Essay

Dissertation is dedicated to investigation of the clinical course, psychological features, neuro-endocrine disturbances, state of vegetative mechanisms of regulation with use of Heart rate variability indexes in adolescent patients with different clinical forms of vegetative dysfunction. Correlation between somato-sexual development, changes of functional state of the hypophys-gonad system and clinical forms of vegetative dysfunction was described. Role of serotonine, hypophys-thyroid system hormones and excited types of accentuated personalities at the vegetative dysfunction development was proven. Role of Heart rate variability indexes for diagnostic of clinical forms of vegetative dysfunction has been determined. Efficacy of betaksololum hydrochloride in patients with vegetative dysfunction and hypertensive syndrome and St. John’s wort’s extract in patients with vegetative dysfunction and depressive disorders was shown.
