Essay

The aim of dissertation - researching of lipid composition changes of plasma membrane of absorptive enterocytes of bovine fetal jejunum during different period of prenatal development. The goals: 1) to develop the scheme of isolation and to obtain them high-purified fraction; 2) to research quality and quantity composition of plasmalema lipids of bovine fetal jejunum absorptive cells; 3) to definite features of lipid composition and apical and basolateral membrane of bovine fetal jejunum absorptive cells; 4) to definite indices of plasmalemma lipid composition, which should be as markers relative to development degree of this cells. Researching object - lipid composition of plasmalema of bovine fetal jejunum absorptive cells of 3, 5, 7 age old. Researching subject - jejunum, isolated absorptive cells, lipid fractions of plasmalemma, apical and basolateral membrane. Researching methods - clinical, morphometrical, cytological, preparative (ultracentrifugation), biochemical, statistical. It is developedand scientifically grounded the modification the scheme for getting of isolated absorbtive enterocytes of bovine fetuses, which should be using in different branches of researching. The clear dynamics of certain indexes of lipid composition of absorbtive enterocytes was revealed, because of what they can be considered a marker in relation to the degree of development of function of the specialized intestinal epithelium. To the indexes of markers behave: increase of amount of general phospholipids, on a background the decreasing of amount of cholesterol, decreasing of amount of phosphatidylserine on a background growth of phosphatidyethanolamine concentration, increasing of ratio phosphatidylinositol, decline of amount of sphingomyelin, diminishing correlation between acidic and basic phospholipids, appearance of arachidonic acid in apical membranes, decline of concentration of dienic fatty acids, diminishing ratio of mean-chains fatty acids.
