Essay

Soybean and lupine plants, inoculated by new Tn5-mutants, were formed of symbiotic systems, in which intensification and inhibition some physiological-biochemistry processes were related to forme symbiosis of different efficiency. Perspectivity of the transposone mutagenesis technique in selection of the effective slow-growing nodule bacteria strains used for increasing of symbiosis efficiency was shown.
