The healthy children have been examinated and found the heterogeneity group under the functional state of stomach. Under the echogastrography it have been found three typies of motoric-evacuational functions of the stomach: normal, accelerated and slowing down. The healthy children ordinary have two typies of the stomach contraction - normal and accelerated. The subcompensating and acid - neutralized functions of the stomach is the peculiarity for the healthy children of junior school age. It have been developed the criterions of prognostication development the functional dyspepsia for the healthy children in dependence of the functional state of the stomach. Under the taken investigations it have been found that the processes regulation function of the stomach is the most unfavourable for the group of children with the syndrom of desadaptation and such investigations have grounded the necessary of the corrections of such disorders in proper time. It have been developed and applied in practice the differentiated schemes of treatment and prophylactic the growth of functional dyspepsia which taken into account the peculiarities the functional state of the stomach and vegetative regulation.
