The research object - process of forming development strategies of enterprises on the bases of business prognostication at the market products confectionary enterprises. The aim of research - development of theoretical positions and practical recommendations in relation to forming strategies development of enterprises on the bases business prognostication at the market. The methods of research: economic-statistic analysis, expert estimations, extrapolations trend, harmonious scales, writing of scenarios, correlation-regressive analysis. Dissertation contains the research of scientific-methodological bases of the estimation and development strategies for confectionary plants by means of the prognosis of the state of affairs at the market. Very important moment of the dissertation is the researching of the development strategy of confectionary plants, prognostication of demand and supply at the market by means of the forecast method. It is necessary for the achievement of more reliable and exact results.In research first it is offered to use the method of forming of strategies development of enterprises on the bases of business prognostication at the market, that enables to use the prognoses development situation at the market for construction of strategies development at the market and enterprises. Approach classification of signs at the market, method of extrapolation of demand and supply, is improved. Got subsequent development of research in relation to the study of conjuncture market descriptions, notion is the "conjuncture", methods of analysis and prognostication of the conjuncture and possible tendencies development of market situation. Research results are used in activity confectionary enterprises, and also in the educational process. A management and marketing in production activity is the main sphere of the use of the conducted researches.
