The dissertation contains development of design theory and design of withstand modes of electrical networks of Power Supply Company (PSC) on condition of not definiteness. Task of operative design and analysis of the modes was decided. The mathematical model of calculation of withstand modes of electric networks in the co-ordinates of phases for an operative design was created which is carried out on the basis of values of the telemeasurings in the co-ordinates of phases. The method of functional synthesis of additional entrances of artificial neural networks was developed for the design of the partly telemechanized of (PSC). The operative design of the modes of (PSC) with repeated studies of artificial neural networks in a case of change configuration of scheme was developed at first. The concrete approaches to the increase of exactness of neural-mathematic model of electric networks' fragments without remote control were explored. The software product of "Neuroemulator of analysis of the modes of electrical networks".
