The subject of research: the processes of agricultural cooperation development and functioning, development of its economic and organizational relations in the region. The aim of research: yrounding the development of agricultural servicing cooperatives in the region under conditions of market economy. Methods of research: dialectical, abstract and logical, monographic correlative and that of regressive analysis, balance, economic and mathematical. Theoretical and practical results: theoretically, the classification of agricultural servicing cooperatives has been entended. Practically, the suggestions for estimation of the cooperative activity and training the labour force have been made. Innovation: the model of creation of machin and technological cooperative has been grounded; the trends of governmental support for cooperative structures have been determined; special training of labour force for cooperatives has been proved. Degree of innovation: the results have been accepted for application by Chief Administration for Agriculture and Food Products in Mykolayiv Region. Sphere of application: Agricultural and agroindustrial economics.
