The subyect of research is process of forming effective, field fodder - production and guarantee of its effective function. The aim of research is elaboration and explanation of scientific and practical recommendations on forming of effective field fodd-production and its effective function in the region. the methods of research are monographic, abstract-logical, economic-statisticfl, economic-mathematical. Theoretical and practical results: system activities on the forming rational field fodd-production and its effective function are suggested in the theoretical plan. In the practicfl side - proposals on the creation and function of the market of coarse and yuicu fodd are given. Novelti of innovation mechanism of creation and function of the market of the volume fodder on the basis of foundation economicaly substantiated price formation is developed. The degree of implementation: the results are accepted for use by the Main Administration of agriculture and Food of Mykolaiv Regional Administration. The sphere use is the economy of agriculture and AIC.
