Essay

The dissertation is a complex analysis of the most important sociocultural factors of migration policy forming. The migration policy definition is based on author's research. Characteristics of migration policy in transforming society are researched. The definition of sociocultural factor, which influence upon migration policy forming is proposed. The sociocultural factors which form the state migration politics are classified. The author definition of "migration policy culture" is performed for the first time.
