Synyo V. The linguistic analysis of the German language of forestry speciality.

The present dissertation is devoted to the research of the linguistic peculiarities of the German language of forestry speciality. It is for the first time that the German language of forestry speciality is analyzed on the level of terminology as well as a sentence and a text. The lexico-semantic peculiarities of the German forestry-related terminological system, the problems of term motivation of forestry-related terms in different languages are studied within the dissertation research. The German forestry specialized texts are studied from the point of view of term saturation and frequency, and the syntactic and morphological characteristics of the given texts are investigated. In the present paper a particular attention is paid to the possibility of abstracting, annotation and quasi-abstracting of forestry specialized texts.
