Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the increase of efficiency of process vibration-pneumatic separator of corn and seed by intensification of process of separation under additional influence on the corn layer of sending forces on a particle. In this dissertation work the results of theoretical and experimental researches of process of vibration-pneumatic separator of corn and seed are laid out on sieve surfaces with application of the artificial braking of corn material. As a result of the got researches it is developed and made the experimental standard of vibration-pneumatic separator, the production tests of which confirmed perspective of the chosen direction of scientific researches.
