Essay

The research focuses on the problems of increasing of accuracy of measurement of milk quantity in process of machine milking. The existing methods and technical devices of measurement of milk quantity, as well as tracts of scientists, devoted to this problem, are analyzed in thesis. It is proved the necessity of research and improvement of milk quantity gage of proportional type. The construction of gage and one - dimensional model of milk movement are developed by the author of thesis. Performed theoretical investigations of gage functioning and modeling of design and geometrical factors allowed decreasing the precision of measurements. The experimental researches prove the operability of the gage and accuracy of measurement of milk quantity in process of machine milking. The technical conditions for serial production are developed.
