Research object - transaction costs of enterprises' innovation activity. Research purpose - improvement of management of transaction costs of innovation activity at the industrial enterprises in case of machine-building branch. Research methods - scientific analysis, synthesis, comparison of relative values, summarizing and grouping, economical - mathematical modeling, method of experts' assessment. Theoretical and practical results - methodology of management of transaction costs of innovation activity at the industrial enterprises of machine-building branch. Novelty - for the first time methodological principles of management of transaction costs of innovation activity which are based upon suggested system of parameters and interrelation of dominant ways of improvement of transaction costs management of innovation activity were developed. In distinction of known approaches they allows one to improve criteria and determine level of transaction costs management activity at the industrial enterprises inmachine-building branch. Degree of implementation: the research results has been implemented in the activity of the following industrial enterprises JC "Kharkivmashproject" (Kharkiv), CJC NTC "Cement" (Kharkiv), LTD "Lux-2" (Kharkiv). Sphere of the application: leading enterprises of machine-building branch, scientific centers, academic courses at Universities.
