The manuscript is devoted to improvement of flexible rotor balancing methods and increase of quality of their balance on the basis of reliable mathematic models construction. Methods and programs of rotor systems dynamic models identification have been developed, in particular, inflexibility coefficient evaluation and resistance segmental bearings of turbocompressors. Having used the developed methods, dynamic coefficients were received as functions from rate of rotation, for all the bearings types and sizes that are used at the moment in centered compressors. Thus mathematic models of all types of turbocompressor rotors which calculating dynamic coefficient of influence mainly do not differ from experimental ones. It gave an opportunity to shorten considerably balancing process, setting limits to only zero starting, or to minimal number test start-ups. The classification of flexible turbocompressor rotors was developed depending on the choice of optimal correction planes and rates of rotation, for which dynamic coefficient of influence is necessary for calculation. Thesis results are used in dynamic calculations of turbocompressor on projecting stage, and calculation - experimental methodology is introduced while balancing turbocompressor rotors at high-speed balance machine. Area of use: compressor building industry.
