Essay

The study aim was the exploration of pathogenetic mechanisms of the "suicidal career" development. The adjustment, affective, personality, alcohol and drug abuse disorders and it combinations had direct influence to suicidogenesis. Author had suggested new approach of differential diagnostic of suicidal risk level and model of differential complex therapy in non-repeated and repeated suicide attempters groups.
