Essay

The thesis devoted to a substantiation of theoretical positions and practical recommendations concerning improvement of production quality. The evolution of "quality management" category, the basic stages of its development and feature of application in agriculture are analyzed in this research. On the basis of linear programming methods application the technique of optimization of a primary zone of dairy products factory in view of financial-credit maintenance, productivity of cows and the market condition are developed. Systematization of factors, determining quality of the prepared products which allowed to draw a conclusion is conducted, that a production of high-quality suckling goods is the system of economic, zootechnics, veterinary and technical-technological measures, directed on maintenance of the planned level of quality, and also warning of reasons and determination of methods of removal of possible deviations from preset a parameter. A quality of suckling products management must be carried out on all of food chain a "production - consumption".
