Real state value of electrical energy equipment, timely exposure disturbances of its operating irregularity owing to realization of organizational and technical measures are all-important scientific and technical problems. Dissertation dedicates to the models and instrumental facilities of the tasks' of the electrical energy complex control and management development. These tasks are: the task of the faultness and fail-safety valuation of functioning equipment in the circuit of the electrical energy complex, the task of the causes and consequences decision of the equipment operating disturbances of the electrical energy complex, the task of equipment malfunction prevention of the electrical energy complex, the task of emergency conditions liquidation, constrained with equipment disconnection. On the basis of developing models and instrumental facilities of the tasks' are develope applied information technology for electrical energy complex control and management automation for ensuring faultness and fail-safety of its' functioning.
