Methodical approaches are improved to estimation of efficiency of production of mixed fodder enterprises. The modern state and prospects of development of mixed fodder production is explored. Classification of factors which form efficiency of production of the mixed fodders in the conditions of integration is improved. Organization of co-operation of structural links of integration of enterprisesof mixed fodder production is improved. Offered methodical approaches to forming of cost of acquisition of sources raw of materials in the conditions of integration. Strategies of increase of efficiency of production of mixed fodder enterprises are certain in the conditions of development of integration processes.
