The conception of the revival and the ways of building up of Ukrainian state by O.Nazaruk is researched on the basis of primary sources in the thesis. The scientific | and theoretical heritage of|legacy| scientist is analysed, the ideas of heritage |what|are compared with his|its| practical political activity. In the thesis the views of scientist on the state making |processes in Ukraine are exposed. The basic|main| aspects of his|its| theory of state building|construction| - the supreme power, the nation, the armed forces, the two-party system, the peculiar status of church in the political structure, the foreign-policy image are concretized. Simultaneouly the content of the monarchical conception by O.Nazaruk is analysed. His|its| ideas as to the normalization of the Ukrainian and Polish relations in the interwar period are researched|simultaneously|. |explore|
