Synthesis of Molybdenum nitrides in the nitrated steels having a part of molybdenum atoms in the nodes of the crystal grating replaced with ferrum atoms... To develop the method for synthesis of Molybdenum nitrides inside the metal base of steels. The complex of methods of investigation had been used in the present paper: gravimetric, titrimetric, electrochemical and x–ray phase methods as well as the method of polymolecular nitrogen adsorption. The estimate of results is carried out by means of the method of statistic regression analysis. Molybdenum nitrides had been synthetized inside of metal base of steels. Extraction of Molybdenum nitrides from steel by means of electrochemical method had been proposed. The crystal structure, specific surface and the chemical composition of Molybdenum nitrides and products of interaction of latter with acids had been determined. Parameters of crystal grating of nitrides had been calculated. For the first time the method of internal nitriding of alloyed steels hadbeen used for synthesis of Molybdenum nitrides having a part of Molybdenum atoms in the nodes of the crystal grating replaced with Ferrum atoms. The conditions for synthesis of Molybdenum nitrides with different content of Ferrum had been developed. The difference of values of the specific surface of synthetized Molybdenum nitrides in comparison with the specific surface of nitrides obtained from individual substances had been determined. The results of the present work can be used while optimizing the chemical composition of alloyed steels working in conditions of aggressive media and at the heat treatment of steels.
