Objective: processes of management by promotion of commodity flow of enterprises via Internet technologies. The purpose: development and substantiation theoretical of the statements, methodical and practical recommendations according to the formation of modern mechanism of management by promotion of products of enterprises via of Internet technologies. Method: analysis and synthesis, systematization, grouping, comparison, expert estimations, analysis of hierarchies, economic and mathematic design, economic analysis, system, complex, dialectical approaches. It is offered: method of choice of optimum model of Internet project; method of leadthrough comparative content-analyze Internet project; systematization of business models of Internet projects is offered depending on the degree of integration of Internet technologies in economic activity of an enterprise; methodological approaches to the determination of efficiency of introduction of Internet technologies; approaches to organization of promotion ofproducts of enterprises to the market via of Internet technologies; methodical approaches toward the ground to the prospects of introduction of Internet technologies; economic-organizational approaches to the construction of effective mechanism of management by promotion of products of enterprises via Internet technologies. Sphere of the use: business and not business enterprises and organizations.
