The objects of research are processes of development of integration forms and effective integrated structures in AIC. The purpose of research is generalization of theoretical, methodical, organization-economic bases of development integration forms in AIC. Methods of research are dialectic, abstract-logic, system analysis, analytical comparisons, and complex analysis, statistics-economic, monographic, and experimental. The theoretical and practical results of researches are developed theoretical bases of the industrial-financial mechanism of stabilization of development AIC and management structure of integration forms. Essence of concept "of agro industrial integration" and kinds of integration forms are determined. Scientific novelty is offered structural-logic model of integration forms, which includes production, processing and sale of milk and dairy products on regional level. The integration form is created on a joint-stock basis, has separate financial and economic, marketing and repair-transport services.
