Mihaylov O. Legal entity as subject of crime: foreign experience and prospects of its use in Ukraine.

Dissertation is devoted to research of conceptual vision of legal entity as the subject of crime. General and specific properties of legal entity as a subject of law are describe, in particular, in the sphere of protective legal relationships. Probed origin and development of institute of criminal responsibility of legal entities both in the national theory of law, and abroad. Practical experience of the foreign states is analyzed from mentioned and the prospects of his application are probed in Ukraine. Grounds and terms of criminating of legal and ways of perfection of criminal legislation in Ukraine are offered. Also was made the research of acts of legal entities which can be acknowledged as crimes. Author's vision of the system and types of criminal punishments which can be applied to the legal entities is formed. A role and value of institute of criminal responsibility of legal entities is exposed in the aspect of reformation of the national legal system of Ukraine.
