Kozlovsky E. Government regulation in tourism branch: formation and development in Ukraine

The object is tourist industry of Ukraine. The objective is determination of actual political-administrative problems of formation and development of government regulation in tourism industry and development of conceptual practical recommendations to their decision. The methods are selection, theoretical analysis, synthesis, actualization, classification, historical-structural, chronologic, comparative. The newness is that evolution of the activity of international institutes and organizations which study the commercial and theoretical aspects of tourist activity is traced and generalized. The results are that the concept of "european" model of the state participation in regulation of tourist activity is selected and specified, the most acceptability of this model for Ukraine is scientifically proved; the necessity of participation of local authorities in the general financing of investment projects in the tourism branch is offered and grounded.
